What changed#
One addition outside the quarterly cadence: Raidu, an inline AI accountability runtime, enters the index at Pattern 10, bringing it to 56 vendors. It is the first entrant whose published architecture asserts inline enforcement, pre-execution evaluation, and cryptographic chaining together. The open question is the third property, and it is not resolvable from published material.
